• New patient visit: 300

• Routine Annual (established patients: screenings, pap, exam, refills): 225

• New problem or Follow-up visit: up to 225 (generally, hormone therapy related visits are 225)

• IUD or implant insertion or removal: 200

Expect to have a follow up visit 3 months after starting any new medication.
